Statutory Forms

The type of statutory forms to be filed in Ireland and the UK vary in layout but, in general, both jurisdictions have similar notification requirements such as those listed below.

  • Annual Returns
  • Financial Statements (in Ireland) and Accounts (in UK)
  • Notification of the Appointment and Resignation of Directors and Company Secretary
  • Change in Registered Office
  • Change in Company Name
  • Charges and Mortgages and Debentures

Failure to file in either jurisdiction will incur automatic penalties and potential exposure to legal proceedings against the Company or individual Directors.
